PAYMENTS & REFUNDSThe payment is either 100% upfront or 50/50 before and after the approval of the final sketch.
You may cancel at any time if the payment hasn’t been made yet.
Refunds can only take place BEFORE the final sketch’s approval.
The commission is NOT refundable once I’ve started working on it.
If I am suddenly not able to continue your order, I will provide a full refund.
